The nature of this site
Prospect Works is an informational comparison library about consumer security software. It is published for general information. It is not professional, technical, legal or financial advice, and it is not a security assessment of any reader's devices or circumstances. Readers making a decision that matters to them should consider their own situation and, where appropriate, obtain advice suited to it.
Accuracy and change
Pages are prepared carefully and carry the date they were last reviewed. Products, plans, prices, platform support and vendor terms change without notice, and information published here may become out of date between reviews. The vendor's own website is authoritative about that vendor's product, and readers should check details there before purchasing. Errors reported to info@prospectworks.online are corrected.
Third-party links
This site links to websites operated by others, including government agencies, platform vendors, testing organisations and the software vendor covered in this library. Those sites are outside the publisher's control. Linking to a site is not an endorsement of its content, its products or its privacy practices, and the publisher is not responsible for what appears on them.
Advertising links
Links to the TotalAV website are affiliate links, and the publisher earns a commission on subscriptions that follow from them. This is disclosed beside every such link and in full on the affiliate disclosure page. Any purchase is a contract between the reader and the vendor; the publisher is not a party to it, does not process payments and cannot alter, refund or cancel a subscription.
Intellectual property
The text, layout and original graphics on this site belong to BuildWise s.r.o.. Quoting a short passage with attribution and a link is welcome. Republishing pages in whole is not. Liability, and what cannot be excluded

Acceptable use
The site may be read, linked to and quoted with attribution. It may not be used to attempt to interfere with its operation or the server it runs on, to extract its content by automated means at a volume that degrades service for others, or to reproduce it as a substitute for the original.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, where the publisher is established. Nothing in this clause deprives a reader who is a consumer in Australia of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of their own jurisdiction, including the Australian Consumer Law, or of the right to bring proceedings where those laws permit.
